Possibilities for movement expand when you can climb on, roll over, and swing other humans. In this masterclass, we will lay the foundations for sharing weight, stacking bodies, and moving them dynamically through space, with a focus on standing partner acro and group skills. Though this class will be suitable for folks without partner acro experience, we will be moving at a pretty fast pace, so it's ideal for folks who are already strong movers and looking to bring something new into their practice (strong wrists and strong cores are a plus). We'll have some level-up options for experienced acrobats as well.
